Hasan Sidi, the recent General Secretary of FOSI, has been transferred to Fugro-Jason Australia and therefore the position he left was vacant. In order to ensure FOSI’s organizational activity can be run smoothly, a new General Secretary has been appointed. Deddy Sebayang, a geologist with ENI Indonesia has committed himself for taking up the responsibilty.
Along with appointing a new General Secretray, changes were also made for several positions. To find out more, please read in the Committe section of this page. The Berita Sedimentologi also has a new editor, Agnes M. Sebayang, who replaced Mohammad Syaiful.
